SOLO RECITALS

The Lullaby Project (a recording and performance project): Beginning in 2007, Aaron started commisioning new scores of Lullabies for Solol Guitar from award winning composers throughout the country. So far eight new works have been received and another half-dozen are on the way. Over this season and next over a dozen will be premiered.
All Lullaby concerts include other works in the guitar repertoire.

Contemporary Bach: Aspects of composition & culture across the world have evolved in countless directions. Works by Bach & contemporary composers whose compositions are influenced by Bach. 

Dances, Lullabies, & Serenades : Music of Bach, Latin America, works from Aaron’s CD, Tracing a wheel on water and a NEW LULLABY. (1-1.5hr)

¡CON FUEGO! unites classical music & Spanish dance into an exciting & thought-provoking program for all. Compositions by Isaac Albéniz, Manuel de Falla, Esteban Sanlucar, & traditional flamenco.  The transcendent beauty of the classical guitar, the rambunctious playfulness of Latin America & the vivacious energy of flamenco collide in a magnificent performance by ¡CON FUEGO! Guitar, dance, cornet…with Fire!

The flexible ensemble size (2-5) can include violin, cello, percussion, voice & extra dancers. It also allows for formal concerts, family programs & private functions.
