All-ages family program (1pm): The Spirit of Spain with La Conja, an all-ages interactive concert featuring stories, history, & music from this exotic country. What is a rasqueado or castanet? What is flamenco? How old is the guitar? You need to listen & experience to find out!
June 8 • Natick - ¡CON FUEGO!- Lebowitz Meeting Hall
The Morse Institute Library and the Natick Cultural Council present a Flamenco and guitar program at the library on Friday, June 8, 2007 at 3:30 pm in the Lebowitz Meeting Hall.
Spirit of Spain with ¡CON FUEGO! features dancer/singer La Conja and guitarist Aaron Larget-Caplan. The program introduces dance and guitar techniques, Spanish history, vocabulary, stories and the magic of Spanish music.
