School Enrichment Programs (aka. Arts Residency Programs or Arts-in-Education Programs) are educational and entertaining cultural events for students of all-ages. 45"-1hr in legth, these interactive concerts are often performed as an assembly or as part of a larger cultural arts residency.

Tour Spanish history, geography, language and poetry on this masterful musical tour of España.  Lively stories & musical activities introduce 400 years of classical music from exotic Spain and some Latin America (Columbus!). Poetry, rhythms and guitar technique (rasqueados) guide us. ¡Olé!

A rousing journey via music and poetry through wild jungles & rainforests, gorgeous cathedrals, & bustling colonial cities of Latin America with Aaron Larget-Caplan & his guitar.  Songs of Cuba, Venezuelan waltzes, Tangos from Argentina & birds from Mexico! Hear the history and geography of the region with the classical guitar as guide.

New Lullabies & Dances

With music of the 21st century, audiences of all-ages are introduced to the stories of night music and the magical timbres and rhythms of the guitar. With stories about the music and composers, Aaron performs music written for him from his New Lullaby Project and contemporary ideas on dances from around the world.

Background

With 15 years of experience sharing classical music in concert halls and schools, Aaron Larget-Caplan is a virtuoso concert artist and gifted educator. His unique programs combine history, virtuoso guitar playing, and humor. They have been heard by over 100 different groups in New England alone.

The educational and entertaining programs have received awards and accolades, including Outstanding Educator & Performer from the New England Conservatory and being chosen as the youngest roster artist with Young Audiences of Massachusetts. Aaron is on faculty at the Boston Conservatory and University of Massachusetts Boston. He resides in Boston where he studies body geometry and the mysticism of sound.
